Is GrindLab a GTO solver?
No. GrindLab looks for the most profitable answer against the range you assign to a specific opponent, not for the balanced strategy. See The Lab.
How does the equity calculation work?
Preflop, by Monte Carlo simulation over 300,000 draws. Postflop, by exact enumeration of the cards to come; multiway, by simulation. The uncertainty comes from your range assumption, not from the calculation. See The villain's range.
Is it free?
The Free plan is free, needs no credit card and does not expire. Its limits (one hand fully analyzed a day, up to the flop; 10,000 hands; 5 ranges…) are in the table in Getting started.
Is there a free trial of Grinder?
Yes: 14 days on your first subscription, monthly or yearly, once per account. Your card is required, nothing is charged before the trial ends, and you cancel in one click from your settings. A 14-day money-back guarantee comes on top.
Do I need the Tracker?
To work on your own hands, yes: it imports them from your rooms and fills My Hands, Games, your results and your statistics. The Lab, ranges and the Hand of the Day work without it. See The Tracker.
Does the Tracker have a HUD?
Yes, on Winamax, with the Grinder plan. A plate under each opponent gives three numbers, a card opens on hover, and you can note a player or mark a hand from there. See The HUD. On other rooms, your opponents' statistics are on the Players page and in the replayer.
Does GrindLab work on mobile?
The website does, in your phone or tablet browser. The Tracker installs on a computer, Windows or macOS.
Why is the Lab closed while I play?
Most rooms ban decision-support tools during play. The Lab reopens 20 minutes after your last hand, or as soon as you end the session. See Sessions.
Which rooms are supported?
Winamax, PokerStars, PMU, Unibet, Betclic, GGPoker, iPoker, CoinPoker and ACR, plus Poker Bankroll Tracker exports. Betclic and GGPoker need an export first. In the Lab, an AI-based reader takes over for formats it does not recognize. See Import & Sync.
Which formats are supported?
No-Limit Texas Hold'em, from 2 to 9 players: cash game, tournament (MTT) and Spin. No Omaha.
Which languages?
English, French and Spanish, for the website, the Tracker and this guide.
Is my data private?
Yes, as long as you do not create a public link or post in a circle. “Hide screen names” hides your opponents' names in a share. The technical providers and your rights (access, erasure, account deletion) are in the privacy policy.
