1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GrindLab ("the Service"), available at grindlab.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GrindLab is a browser-based poker analysis and training tool. It provides equity calculations, range building, hand analysis, and training features. GrindLab is not a gambling platform and does not involve real-money wagering.
3. Account
You may sign in using Google or Discord authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, or using automated tools to scrape data.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of GrindLab are owned by GrindLab and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your analyses and saved data remain yours.
6. Pricing & Subscriptions
GrindLab is currently in open beta with all features available at no cost. Future pricing tiers (Free, Grinder, Crusher) will be announced before the beta ends. Early Bird subscribers lock in their rate for life.
7. Disclaimer
GrindLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that equity calculations or analyses will result in profitable poker play. GrindLab is a study tool, not financial advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
GrindLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
